Meet Gavin Bond

Powerful, yet intimate, Gavin Bond gives fans a new perspective into the lives of the rescued wild cats of the Black Jaguar White Tiger Foundation. His newfound passion for the conservation of these majestic felines stirred his desire to create a fine art brand in benefit of the exact subjects he photographs.

Gavin Bond is a graduate of London’s infamous St Martin’s School Of Art. He began his career shooting backstage at the international runway shows in the early 90’s, building mutually beneficial relationships with the worlds most revered fashion designers and supermodels alike. Gavin went on as a young photographer to be a regular contributor to both Australian Vogue and US Marie Claire where he shot fashion stories globally. Today he is based in the US dividing his time between the east and west coasts. He has a broad spectrum of clients from key art campaigns for major studios & networks, backstage on tour with global artists to shooting swimwear in the tropics.

Gavin has been focusing heavily on the moving image making this an integral part of his work, giving the client the 360 degree vision on all platforms. Still bitten by the backstage bug, Gavin has shot backstage for Victoria’s Secret show for the past 14 years, this work will be coming together as an exhibit in 2018.

On a personal level, Gavin has been working with the foundation “Black Jaguar White Tiger” traveling back and forth to Mexico City for the past two years documenting the felines who have been rescued from sad circumstances and giving them the dignity and love they deserve. These images will be displayed in a global exhibit to raise awareness for the foundation.
